Wholesale Trade Only:
All accounts must have license and state certificate to operate as retailer, wholesaler or manufacturer.
Terms of Sale:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Prepayment. We do not accept COD shipments.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Orders:
Opening orders are $200.00 with no minimum reorder amount. Freight order minimum is $400.00. Items required to ship via freight will be duly noted.
All items under the minimum or in incorrect multiples will be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping:
UPS or FedEx ground. Larger orders may be delivered common carrier.
If an order includes oversize items the order will be shipped by common carrier. The order must total a minimum of $400.00 in order to ship common carrier and will not be released until this minimum is reached. If below this minimum the customer must authorize shipment with a written freight estimate.
Cancellations:
Cancellation must be requested at least 5 days prior to ship date. Please submit cancellations requests in written form via email or fax.
Back Orders:
Back orders will be shipped unless canceled or and are subject to review. Any back order will be combined with other open orders before shipping.
Damages and Claims:
Please check shipment immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damages of shipping discrepancies must be reported in writing (fax or email) within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Any noticeable damage to boxes or pallet must be noted on carrier bill of lading. Photos may be required if requested. Failure to provide photos could affect your claim. Returns not due to damages or defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Product Variation:
Because most Peacock Park merchandise is hand crafted there will be some variation in color, texture, and finish. These are not considered flaws or defects but rather character.
